Great service, lovely necklace

This design did not work for me as I think I must have a large head. The company rang me and replaced the necklace with one exactly the same but with a proper clasp and Iâ€™m now the very proud owner of a really stunning necklace that sits beautifully and will complement my party outfits perfectly. The service from Jian London was exceptional, they really went the extra mile and Iâ€™m delighted with my purchase.

Beautiful sparkling necklace

This is the second of these necklaces Iâ€™ve bought. One in silver the other rose gold. Theyâ€™re lovely and sparkly and so far seem good quality. Iâ€™ve found Jian London to be a very reliable and helpful company. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you for all your help.
