OUR RESPONSE: An automatic email is sent with the tracking number and a link to the couriers tracking system when every order is shipped. Sometimes this might ended up in junk mail so please check this.

Packagaing was adequate to poor, I believe a more robust outer box should be used as the box recieved was squashed.
OUR RESPONSE: Sorry your outer box was squashed by the shipper however the purpose is to protect the jewellery and box inside.

This therefore meant the gift had to be removed from outer packaging white card box and gift presented in only the bracelet jewellery box.
