I'm really please with the ring, it looks stunning and my wife loves it. I especially like your service and the way you send out a sterling silver ring in a few days while the real ring is being made. Presentation of the box was really nice. I can not fault the service or your product. I will certainly be ordering from you again. The only thing that I would say is about the delivery service, they actually put the package in our bin in our front garden, this item needed a signature which was not obtained by anyone. Even though they advised that the parcel had been put in the bin,we could have been away and if that was the case then the ring would have been discarded with the rubbish. Apart from this your service has been great.

Me and the kids arranged this ring for my wife's 40th - as luck would have it this was during the first weeks of lockdown.

The system of sending a copy in lesser materials is a great way of supporting the order and having something to give immediately. Quite a wait but worth it when the real thing arrives. Very pleased with the quality of gold and the correct size. I would recommend these people.
