I ordered these in gold back in December for a 60th birthday present and then found out that the person prefers silver. Rang Jian on Monday 27th to ask about changing them to silver, assistant said it was no problem and to return them. I received the silver earrings on Wednesday 29th.
I am beyond impressed about the service I have had and friendly staff. I couldn't have asked for more and hope to do business with them again. Thankyou once again.
