I think the ring is value for money, beautifully presented on arrival. I have looked after it as per instructions but unfortunately it no longer sparkles and can see blackish flaw at its base, don't know if this is the ring band I am seeing or something else. It is a real shame because initially I was so pleased with it. I don't know whether it is worth sending back or just put up with it, don't like to make a fuss. the stone is cloudy and dosn't sparkle which is such a shame as it was such a pretty ring.

Jian London Response: Just like your hands, rings should be cleaned regularly otherwise they will quickly build up gunk and loose their sparkle. We recommend weekly ultrasonic cleaning for rings in very warm water with a touch of Fairy liquid. A soft brush might be required to remove the build up of gunk and a few cycles of ultrasonic cleaning to bring it back to a new and sparkling shine.
