This design did not work for me as I think I must have a large head. The company rang me and replaced the necklace with one exactly the same but with a proper clasp and I’m now the very proud owner of a really stunning necklace that sits beautifully and will complement my party outfits perfectly. The service from Jian London was exceptional, they really went the extra mile and I’m delighted with my purchase.
